Rose Barn sits on the banks of the magical river Teifi, directly opposite the Wildlife Park, 2 miles from beaches and Cardigan an adorable market town offering all amenities needed for a perfect getaway. This barn conversion offers a large, bright, open plan living space convivial to happy gatherings, big kitchen, comfy sofas along with a welcoming wood burner and private hot tub and magnificent view down river. The barn is suitable for couples, families, groups or solo adventurers.

The space
This large, beautiful Barn conversation is steeped in natural light, large windows offering stunning views of oak trees and the dynamic river Teifi. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen open plan to the living space with lots of comfy sofas to relax or share with, of course, the fabulous wood burner double doors to veranda and private hot tub. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor lending itself for single, couple occupancy as the other bedrooms are all upstairs. A stunning double bedroom with extraordinary views and a large family bathroom a further twin bedroom and a triple single bedroom with ensuite bathroom offer ample room for a large group, needing a fun, light space to enjoy

Guest access
As guests you have the Barn in its entirety, a drive in - drive out drive way with ample parking, your own lawns and trees and access to the substantial grounds and the 100 acres of organic fields for rambling and dog walking a private hot tub and bbq area includes free fibre optic wifi

Other things to note
Barn - dogs are welcome although I have to restrict this to a maximum of two and I have to charge -

£40 for all pets under 10KG
£60 for over 10KG
paid upon arrival.

There is unrestricted access to the river from the property therefore water sports are available in abundance and fishing is included with the price. Please note no child unattended by the river.

Also mobile phone coverage is very good at the Barn therefore hot spotting your phone data with your laptops or tablets is convenient.

Dog Haven
We are over the moon to host you, your guests and your dog at Rosehill. Here we have an abundance of land with great dog walks directly from your cottage. Further afield there are dog-friendly pubs, beaches, restaurants and cafes to name a phew.
